Application for Student Enrollment

This form must be completed in one sitting. You cannot save a partially entered form and come back later. Navigating away from this page will cause you to lose information you have entered. An application must be submitted for each student applying for enrollment. If you have questions about enrollment prior to filling out the application, please contact us. Required fields are noted with an asterisk.

Applications for the upcoming school year must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on the last Friday in May. The application lottery will be held at 10:00 AM on the first Monday in June.
